Since 1984, I have had over 5 different cars I have owned, serviced here and continue to do so. Two of these are Diesel motors as they carry Diesel rated oil. You can use your own oil if you choose and get a price reduction. Luv the staff and manager. Never had any issues. A # 1 place!!!!

Very professional business with multiple mechanics working on your car and double-checking each others work for precision. Welcoming, Prompt, No haggling for unneeded parts, you can even stay in your car and eat lunch while they work. Also offers Stanford employee/student discount with ID.

These guys are AMAZING! The thing I like best, is not having to get out of my car while they do the service. You just drive in, and they have guys under and above ground that do the work. They are always very friendly and polite, and will even point out things that need to be done, that aren't services they provide. For example, I was heading up to Tahoe one weekend, and stopped that Friday to get my car serviced. The manager pointed out that I needed new tires, and I said I'd look into getting them replaced when I got back. He said and quot;No, you need to do it today, the steel treads are coming through.and quot; He even recommended the most reasonable tire dealer in the area for me to go to. Another time, I needed a filter replaced that they didn't carry. They told me to go to an auto parts store to purchase the filter, bring it back, and they would install it for free! It doesn't get much better than that! Oh, and by the way, they also have a Frequent Buyer card.

They are pretty reasonable. I would use them in the future.

Received the basic oil change services - quick and well done. Other places we've taken the car have not met expectations, e.g. delays. We weren't hassled about other services.

I've been going to these guys for years and have never had a bad experience. It's so fast that you don't even get out of your car while they change your oil. 9 minutes is an upper limit--sometimes you're done in less than five. And they don't try to push extra services on you either.

They did a really good job, and they were very timely. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good company to service their car.

They are a really nice, locally owned company. They have found a stripped bolt on my oil pan that a heavily advertised shop had done when they had changed the oil previously. The same guys do it every time, so they know what they are doing. So far, they haven't had to increase their prices.

I've always been pleased with the service. They are very quick and efficient and I have nothing negative to say. They have a nice range of oil to choose from if you want something different. They also publish coupons from time to time. Price is very competitive.

I have come to this establishment several times mainly because it is quick for an oil change. Even though gas prices are skyrocketing they are keeping their prices (for a certain amount of oil) the same as they have for the past year. Because of my mileage my air filter was due for a change, but after the mechanic looked at it he said I could wait until the next oil change to have it replaced. I appreciate the honesty.
