They were good. I walked in there not knowing much and they were very helpful. I had taken out a warranty on the lens so there was no charge. I took it in in August 2010 and got it back in September. The person spent a lot of time with me explaining the different cameras and lenses when I bought the camera. I needed a good camera because I was going away on an African safari. Alex spent a lot of time with me. I would use them again.
