Extremely unprofessional and under-trained staff. David H. shook my car and broke the latch of its hood, having no clue about how to deal with a Volvo. Another customer was arguing about damage to her car when I walked in. Manager Carlos T. Refused any compensation blindly saying that damages were preexisting. The manager is incompetent - does not care about customer satisfaction and has uncaring crew. Avoid this location, you will get a better service anywhere else.
