the structural stuff was fine but the finishes were horrible. the siding was so poorly done with gouges in the siding and nails sticking out, nails in too far because they used a nail gun instead of doing it by hand. there were lots of spots in which some plastic from the nail gun cartridge was stuck behind the nail and they just painted over it instead of fixing it before painting the house. After 3 years siding planks are bowing and coming off and they said it's my fault for not repainting and taking c are of the house, that the most important thing you can do to protect your siding is to repaint the house within the first year!!! there were cracks all over the siding and the edges of the siding planks weren't cut with a sharp enough blade so they are REALLY rough and raggedy. the joins between the planks weren't tight and they slathered over them with caulking that was up to 1/4 inch thick. the porch floor bowed, squeaked, and cracked all over the place. i was ashamed of the look of my house. basically it was lousy. 
woodwork and painting inside weren't any better. big gaps between the base boards and the walls, VERY uneven paint job with different paint textures. bad miters everywhere, with boards on different planes. they didn't center the window in the master bath, which takes up one wall in the room so the window frame is 1/2 inch wider on one side than on the other. appliances poorly installed. electrical system needed LOTS of work after they were done with failed outlets and ceiling fans that never worked. whole house fan never worked. 
they went way over budget but told me the whole time that we were doing fine but when I was ready to move in I suddenly owed an additional 80,000 and almost lost the house. Their excuse: 'we guess our accounting was off a little bit.'
all of the door hinges have paint on them and look sloppy. 
there are some holes in the walls in corners. 
paint on stain where wall meets base boards and paint on stain at the same places. some tile not even grouted. lousy tile installs.
I sued them because they wouldn't take any responsibility for their lousy finish work and won a small settlement, enough to get SOMEONE ELSE to replace the entire porch and repaint the house to fix the siding. 
they were extremely insulting once they  had been paid in full, which was before all of the work was done. 
avoid this company at all costs. they will break your heart and drive you crazy.
