He comes every week and I pay him monthly. It is a pretty big lot; it has two houses on it. They are lots of bushes and shrubs and he maintains them. I've had several gardeners over the years and I like him the best. He does a good job. The price is average.

What I like about him is that he is reliable. He comes every week and does a beautiful job. We have got a pretty big piece of property in Palo Alto and it is a very big lot. Whenever we want to add some landscaping, he comes up with good suggestions.
