It went very well. The salesman was extremely helpful with the selection and with understanding all the rebates with the appliance. They delivered the appliance just as they said they would. They did not pressure me into something that I did not want to buy. The salesman was also looking out for my best interests.

The delivery people (subcontracted by Home Depot) showed up on schedule and were fairly professional. After examining our old dishwasher they said they could not install it because it was hard-wired to the power line. They unloaded the new dishwasher and left. We called Home Depot to ask if they could help remedy the situation, and they said our only option was to return the new dishwasher, and we would be responsible for transporting it back to the store. We're baffled by this, because it doesn't do anything to solve the problem. It just takes them out of the mix. They even said that once we had an electrician come to fix the wiring, we would have to pay for a second service call to install the new dishwasher and haul away the old one, the services we had already paid them for. The assistant manager was very unhelpful and even resisted giving us the name of the store manager.

They came out and measured the windows. I think they sent a 3rd party contractor out. They were professional in general but the cords they installed are too tight. The cords keep breaking. Ive called to complain about this, but I cant get anywhere with them.

WE SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT AND SOMEBODY CAME TO MEASURE THE DOOR AND IN 2 WEEKS SOMEBODY ELSE CAME TO INSTALL THE DOOR. FAST AND CLEAN JOB.

HOME DEPOT WAS EASY TO DEAL WITH AND RESPONSIVE, BUT THEY SUBCONTRACT THEIR INSTALLATION AND THE INSTALLER WAS TERRIBLE. HOME DEPOT FINALLY MADE IT RIGHT, BUT BE AWARE THAT THE QUALITY OF THEIR INSTALLERS VARIES GREATLY. I GOT A BAD INSTALLER.
