They did not complete the job. They did not clean all the gutters.

Gutter Cleaning
I had trouble setting the appointment time, and getting reliable answers. Once workers showed up, the work was good. The trouble was getting the appointment time right. I have a small kid, and hate to break up his naps. I asked them if the service will be noisy, and they said it'll be quiet. I got scheduled for Monday at pm. On Monday, after waiting for an hour with no one showing up, I called: they were running late, and how about a reschedule for the next day. Next day, they showed up an hour and a half late. The guys who showed were not the person I spoke to, and had no idea what time they were supposed to be there. The service was done with noisy leaf blowers, not quite what I agreed to. The job did get done.
