Mr. Kinney was very nice and responsive at the beginning of the project. However, his crew made our back door inoperable. Mr. Kinney sent a glass person out to try to fix the door, but the frame was bent. We needed to have the frame repaired and the door replaced. After receiving a portion of the payment for the work, Mr. Kinney failed to return my telephone calls or facsimiles requesting that he correct the door problem. His license was then expired for a short time thereafter, but I see that it is back in place again.
