+ -1 moreI compared a few realtors and she came very well prepared. That was the first thing that stood out. We were selling and she had a price that was market value (which was higher the other realtors by a significant amount) and we were able to get it. She was extremely good in coaching us in the whole process and it was not an easy negotiation. As a person, she is great, and we got along really well and she was a really nice person. If we are ever going back to California we would call Claudia!
