I don't have much to add.

Carla was very professional. She was able to get us on her schedule right away. She gave us a reminder call the day before and arrived on time. She spent 3 hours and made sure that the job was done right. Since we had the piano tuned, my 82 year old mother has been playing every day, sometimes for hours. She has had health problems recently, and I can't tell you what a joy it has been for the family to see Mom play again. Carla's tuning made all the difference! I only wish we had called her years ago! Thanks Carla!

CARLA IS INFORMAL BUT PROFESSIONAL. SHE IS VERY RESPONSIVE, AND SCHEDULES AROUND THE HOMEOWNER'S NEEDS. SHE SPENT WHATEVER TIME WAS REQUIRED TO GET THE PIANO TUNED RIGHT, AND IT HAD BEEN A COUPLE OF YEARS SINCE IT HAD BEEN TUNED, SO IT NEEDED IT BADLY.
