Ben was great. He arrived on time for the estimate. Very professional. His office verified licensing, liability insurance and workers compensation plan upon request. They were very busy, so scheduling took a while. Ben and his team arrived on time and did a great job. The work was completed in 1 day.

First, I want to state that the California State License Board web site shows that this business has an ACTIVE license, as well as current contractor's bond, and workers' compensation coverage. It's not uncommon for licensees to allow such coverage to lapse, leaving homeowners with substantial liability risks, so it's critical to check the licensee search page at https://www2.cslb.ca.gov/onlineservices/checklicenseII/checklicense.aspx to confirm the coverage is in force.
I made an appointment for a price quote, Ben came on time and quoted me a price and explained the services that would be performed for the quoted price.
Ben came with his crew and equipment at the scheduled time, they took care of removing the tree, including chipping, cleanup, and haul-away. Everything went very smoothly.
