They came out and gave us an estimate. Then we had someone else come out to give us an estimate. We chose the other two.

A couple of years ago, they did a total kitchen remodel for us and they have been outstanding on both jobs. He?s done work for other members of my family and they?ve been delighted. On this last little job he did, he had another guy come in to do the actual work and he was extremely conscientious. He gave the entirety of the bill to the guy and didn?t take a penny for himself because that is the kind of guy he is. He is just terrific. He is on time or early every time. When he did our kitchen, he actually finished ahead of schedule and other contractors are blown away by such a report. He only uses subcontractors that are as punctual as he is so if the guy is late, he isn?t hired again. He makes his clients enormously happy. He is a fun Englishman; he cracks jokes and has a great time.
