BLONDIE CLEAN

She arrived on time and with everything she said she would. The house required a bit more cleaning than she originally thought (since she hadn't seen it) so it took her a bit longer. She was very nice and helpful. My only gripe would be that I would've rather had a well cleaned couple rooms than a glazed over all rooms. I would have rather her told us in the amount of time and cost she quoted she could only thouroughly clean the kitchen and living room and maybe not the bathrooms or whatever.

She had difficulty finding the house, she would have been on time if she had been here before. She was friendly and willing and I was extremely pleased to see that she brought her own supplies. She went right to work and did an excellent job. I have no complaints.

Total disaster. She knew far in advance-and in writing via e-mail-of house size(3,400+ sq ft)condition, requirements, etc. I thought that it would be a crew of at least 3-4 people; turned out to be her plus a young man. She decided that 10AM would be start time. Said rooms were done that were not(windows not cleaned, blinds not cleaned). Did not even clean the tracts that the windows slide in. At 7 PM, I sent her home, paid in full. She did not get to entire house and that part that she did needs to be cleaned again. Although a nice person, totally inept and incompetent at doing a major cleaning after major repairs. Perhaps OK for weekly cleaning of dusting and vacuuming. She should have declined the job when it was described to her. Based on her work, I wouldn't be so sure that even a weekly cleaning would be professionally done.

Everything went well-would recommend her with out hesitation. She works in the entire palm springs area.
