I cannot say enough about this company and its principal, Steve Beaver, Intelligent, high quality work, and exceptional service. I am delighted to be able to give them my wholehearted recommendation.

Best bid and helped form best ideas for project. Start to finish in 1 week. Was flexible with homeowner changes mid project. I felt honord to have so much experience on site on the day of the pour.

Did an awesome job. Driveway was lifted by a tree root. Ended up being almost a small trailer load of roots. Went above an beyond what we agreed on. So I paid a little extra for more work than I asked for. Could not be happier. Drive way looks awesome.

Mr Beaver came to site gave bid and proposal. Appoint was made to have work done. Very professional and honest. Work completed-job well done.

He is the WORST!

Steve met with me to get eyes on the yard and determine the scope of work.  I was in the middle of tearing out the old sprinkler system so we agreed on a date to begin work a few weeks in the future.  Steve showed up the weekend prior to the start date to do a little prep work in marking the site and softening the ground where the anchor would be installed.  On the agreed date Steve showed up with his Bobcat to start pulling out tree stumps and leveling the yard.  After the first day I requested a couple adjustments and he had the earthwork done the next day exactly as I had envisioned.  The next day he framed the area and poured the concrete.  Since he had to remove a metal gate to get access to the yard for the Bobcat, he returned a couple of days later to reinstall the gate and check that the concrete was curing properly.

Throughout the job Steve was very prompt, friendly and thorough in communicating.  His prices were below the other quotes that I got and there were no surprises, the price agreed was exactly what I paid in the end.  I would highly recommend doing business with him.

Steve prepared (excavated) and poured a 15-20° sloping driveway pad in the front of my house. He also excavated, prepared and placed a wide decomposed granite walkway approximately 7 X 120 in my back yard. He and his crew were prompt, appropriately attired, well equipped (both personally and equipment ), and finished the job to my expectations by his estimated completion date and cost. I would recommend him to neighbors, friends and family members.

There are not enough superlatives to describe my admiration for Steve Beaver and his team. From first contact through design and planning to demo and construction everything went perfectly. The work has changed (improved) the whole look of my rural property. I look forward to working with Steve again. My career of over 40 years in Architectural and Construction Sales and Marketing give me a pretty good perspective. Steve Beaver Concrete is one of the best.

They arrived on schedule, 2 workers, and were very careful not to damage the surrounding area. they removed my existing grass and prepared the area for the concrete pour the next day. They worked quickly and without disturbing the house hold. the following early morning the same workers arrived along with the concrete truck and driver, they used a pump to get the concrete to the backyard so the truck wouldn't damage the front yard. they worked quickly smoothing out and making sure it was level before the concrete hardened. They were done by noon, but said the concrete would continue to dry and not to walk on it for a couple more days. they cleaned up the backyard before they left and were polite and courteous.
My kids were very excited and couldn't wait to walk on their new patio. it turned out beautifully and we enjoy our backyard entertaining now. I would highly recommend this contractor to anybody looking for a new patio.
