Oscar came within an hour of my call for service during a freezing spell in Palmdale to do a repair on our natural gas home furnace. He was completely professional, respectful, and informative during all aspects of the work he did. He gave us an extremely reasonable diagnostic fee of 40.00 which would apply to any work done. We had lived with space heaters for three weeks with a freezing spell at night, and very cold days. The house was cold, very cold. Oscar found the problem and repaired it , spending a fair amount of time, well over an hour to diagnose and repair the problem. When he was finished, we asked for several of his business cards to pass to neighbors and friends in the future, as we would call him back for needed work without the slightest hesitation, and felt good to know we had met a professional, fair contractor we were very happy to now know.
