I had had it with Earthlink and having to waste hours on the phone with people in India and people in the Phillipines who appeared to know less than I did about my computer and their supposed service. I wanted a US based company with local people for troubleshooting purposes. I am so pleased, now! George arrived on time, explained everything he had to to before he started and then again step by step and made sure everything was up and running without any problems on each computer in the house before he left - any problems since installing have been handled immediately either over the phone or in person. He is a small local business with reasonable prices minus all the headaches that come with self-installation and outsourced support. It's great!
