Rick came to give me an estimate for drywall repair work. He had a negative attitude from the start and it got worse when I requested he wears a protective mask. He completely disregarded my request and even physically waived me off. When he arrived he was covered in drywall dust and that didn't really bother me too much until he tried sitting on my upholstered sofa. I asked if he could not sit there but instead sit on a bench in the same room. He was not too happy with this request but did comply. We started going over the estimate and when I asked about a $400 difference between his overhead and profit, he got up and started walking out of my home as he was explaining the cost. It was really unprofessional. His Estimate was pretty high. His overhead with profit was estimated at 2589.60. When I priced the tools and the drywall to complete this job on my own, it came out to only 69 dollars in total. I did not end up using this company.
