PAT'S GARDENING

Description of Work: When I first hired Pat to do my landscaping,he was very professional and did a great job for the first couple of weeks. Once he was comfortable, his services started slipping. He knew I am disabled,but he still overcharged me. I was being charged $20 a week and an additional $25-30 a month for a small bag of fertilizer. The fertilizer he was using was frying my grass,causing yellow spot throughout my yard. I mentioned this time him numerious times,but to no avail. Also, I was given a quote for him to clean my front and back yard,and to keep the front mowed/ weeded for the weekly rate of $20. Once he started the work, what we agreed on changed on his end. He said he would only mow the front for the $20 a week rate. After 4 months of poor service,and a slowly deteriorating yard, I ended my service agreement with Pat. The same day I ended service with him, he snuck by when I wasn't home and put fertilizer down,claiming he put it down before I ende my service with him,stating that I owed him $25 for the fertilizer. So I sent him a money order for the $25 dollars,which was cashed. To this very day he claims he never received the money order,so now. Be very careful in hiring this in.dividualI have to send him another $25 dollars that I do not have. So,in conclusion, be very carfeul in hiring this individual! Overpriced and horrible service!!
