Computer Repair
They have not called me back, I kept calling them. They said it takes a long time for a free diagnostic test. I asked if they dropped my computer or something, I question their integrity. They are non responsive up to an including the owner, Mr. Omidi. I will never take my computer there again and I've been a long time customer of theirs. They dont' offer any time frame of when it will be finished. Every time I've called, they say someone will call me back, that I'm number one on the list. But no one has ever called back. They even said they would have the owner call me when I questioned their integrity, but he hasn't called yet. And I've been calling multiple times a day. I just want to know what is going on, if there's an issue, let me know.
