 + -1 moreI'm not really sure why I stay with this company. We don't have the time to keep up with our pool, and so we hired this service. They come weekly. Our weekly fellow comes on Tuesdays usually and only stays about 10 minutes. I never see him test the water. He squirts some fluid from a reused dish soap bottle into the pool (unmeasured) empties the in line filter basket from the pool cleaner, empties the skimmer basket, barely brushes down the tile, runs the vacuum on the pole around, and he's outta there! I have gone down occasionally after he has come and I don't think that the pool is very clean in my estimation. We had a problem once with the valve from our filter being left unlocked, and long story short, we had a freeze during the winter. This did damage to the other valves and I had to pay for repairs myself.
