"We would like to apologize for all the rescheduling. The tech that was assigned to your project had a family emergency and was unable to come to work for several days. We are sorry for any convience this may have caused. On the subject of pricing we feel that our pricing is very competitive compared to the area. We're sorry you felt it was too much. If you would like to discuss the matter please feel free to contact our office."
"We are sorry that you feel that way but we are a licensed and bonded company that has to carry insurance and workers comp. Our company has invested 3 hours of our tech's time driving from our office (roughly 40 miles one-way) to your locastion to gice you an estimate. You then paid us up front for the work, which we were going to return the next day to complete. You then called and cancelled due to the rate, so we sent you your money back minus the trip charge of $50 (shich you were aware of up front) and never completed the work. At the end of the day we paid our employee 3 hours plus gas for traveling 80 miles, our company lost money. We believe any other company would not have returned your money without deducting for all the time. Please feel free to contact us to discuss this matter."
