Frank came within the wait time window and very professional. He checked what is causing the slow drain and explained why. It was due to the grout from a newly installed floor tiles that was flushed into the drain. He said he had seen many instances of this kind of clogging. I appreciate him explaining it to me and and was thorough in fixing the problem. This is the second service Frank did for this house. Two years ago, he installed the kitchen disposal and fixed the leak and corrected the dishwasher drain pipes. The price is reasonable. I will hire Go Pro Plumbing again.

The company sent out someone to provide estimate. He showed up on time, very courteous, and professional. He gave me his business card. After looking at the issue, he recommended hydro jetting, or to have the pipes relayed, but shorter (would cost near $1k). I opted for hydro jetting at $450. He wrote up an invoice. I had to go to town, so he rescheduled to come back in a few hours. When he arrived, he got to work right away. As he was working, he found that the pipe was packed with dirt and roots, and asked if he could cut open a top part of the pipe to get to a root. I said ok. He repaired that part. After working for almost 2 hours, he did not make any headway past approx 2 ft. He said the dirt was too compacted to continue. So, I paid him $125 for his time. I said I would not use their services again, meaning for this type of work. I would for smaller scale jobs. I think the motor for the hydro jetting was not powerful enough for what was needed. They never provided me with a discount, although I mentioned to the young man that I found them through Angie's List.

Quick fix replacing a valve, no complaints.

He did an amazing job. He is extremely knowledgeable. Unlike most plumber, he actually does very high quality job and takes pride in his work.
