Gli Landscape Inc

I had them install sod in my back yard.  At first it looked really good, but 6 weeks after installation, it started dieing in patches.  I started replanting the dead areas with seed and had some good results.  But then the newly planted grass would also die.  I called GLI and they sent out their installer.  He looked at it and left stating that he would report it to GLI.  I never heard from GLI again as my lawn continued to die.  I while trying to repair some of the bare areas discovered the problem.  Underneath the sod was clay.  No nutrients, no organic material, just clay.  There was no drainage and no sustenence nutrients.GLI should have established the quality of the bed prior to installation and then taken steps to prevent these problems from happening.
