Install went well and I was originally pleased with Chaz however when I got the bill he "forgot" to include the $300 coupon I purchased on Angie's list for $99 and after a few months the handle is loose. I've called and emailed several times with no response. With the $99 I spent on the $300 coupon that wasn't used I paid $400 more than I should've.
They were professional and prompt.
One other estimate I had done was several hundred dollars more expensive for the same windows
and another company wanted to drill holes in the glass to drain the moisture, I don't think so.
