OUTSTANDING! Checked out the problem with our old waterheater, made an appointment to replace it, they showed up on time, did an excellent job and had to do some upgrades since local code had changed. All went well, cost was very reasonable and as quoted. Would definitely use them again.

John, the owner, has done a lot of electrical and plumbing work for us over the years. He has installed new wiring, ceiling fans, other light fixtures, new water pipes, a garbage disposal, electrical outlets and, most recently, he repaired a broken underground water pipe, and replaced the pipe and shut valves for the hose bib. I cannot say enough good things about John, as he has always given me the most fair bids, done such fine work, and is always professional in every respect.

The last time I called John, I had a broken water pipe outside which went to my hose bib. I spoke to his wife who takes the calls for the business and, as always, she was very helpful and quickly got ahold of John to see when he could come out to repair the pipe. The estimate was fair and straightforward, and he made an excursion from other things he had going on to come out the next day since this seemed like a priority. The next day, everything was finished in a couple of hours, and John had also replaced the hose bib, that pipe, and added a couple of shut off valves for just a little more than the original bid. I believe he could have charged more, which would have been fair.

I have recommended John as a plumber and electrician to several friends, and he will continue to get all of my business. He is a busy man, so I also recommend calling him before a situation becomes an emergency. Even then, he has come through whenever we needed him.
