An appointment was made and kept at the designated time. Roof replacement was completed in five hours and everything completely cleaned up. I am very satisfied with the the work they preformed. The owner of Colin roofing did the work himself with one employee assisting him. I will definitely use this roofing company in the future and refer them to family and friends.

I had been having problems getting roofing service from contractors who 1)could not seem to schedule my job because they were "fitting me in between bigger jobs" and 2)did not want to come back when their work left leaks. I read the good reviews of Colin Roofing and decided to try them. So glad I did! They were so professional from start to finish. The first person I met was Reno, who came quickly to do a proposal. The proposal was detailed and thorough, and reasonable. He scheduled me with a specific date in 2 weeks time. They called the night before the work date to confirm. They arrived on time, and that is when I met Juan Colin. The quality of the work was outstanding. The part of the roof they repaired looked beautiful and new. They also took pictures of all the work on top (so I could see it). Then they did a water test with the hose to make sure there were no leaks. They left everything clean and tidy, and closed my gate when they left. I am impressed. I will need a new roof in a few years, and I will call them! Try them, you will love them!

I noticed that my roof was leaking.  When I started this process, I was very concerned.  Who do I call, to whom do I trust?  I was referrred to Colin Roofing by a neighbor.  He used them and had an outstanding experience.  I called the office and Jerry came over.  We chatted about what I was looking for and about several of the options that I did not even knew even existed. He then measured the roof, and told me that the roof was not in need of immediate replacement and had a few years of serviceable life.  Jerry was the only contractor that told me this.  Everyone else said that a repair was impossible.  He offered to extend the roof by tuning up and coating the roof.  He also offered to refund the repair cost if I roofed with his firm in the future.  After thinking about it,  I decided to replace my roof.  I had the resources, and didn't want to pay more later.  Colin Roofing had the best price, the work was done when promised.  No extra costs apart from the replacement of some damaged wood at the fascia.  The owner, Juan was working on the roof along with his crew.  I must say that they were very nice and kept the property clean.  At the end of the job, Juan asked me if I was completely happy with the installation.  He thanked me for the business and wouldn't take the final payment until I was satisfied!  He even removed some of the Christmas decorations that I couldn't quite reach.
Great job Juan.  Thank you for the roof.  I have already referred him to my brother and 2 coworkers.
Why can't all contractors be like this?

It went great! They showed up in time for initial assessment and gave the best quote.. and it was the best quote. Theirs was the 3rd and the quote that had me sold! And what I loved about it is they were real. They did not use any scare tactics to have me panic and select them immediately. Nope, no armageddon here. They stayed true to their knowledge and were not looking to win this job purely for their profit. They stayed real.

As the project started, they fixed whatever they could fix w/o having to unnecessarily replace parts of the roof increasing my cost. Some people use a bait and switch technique to land a job and then squeeze you later. Not these people. They stayed to the project plan and I can confidently say they outperformed and exceeded my expectations. 

They finished the job on time and cleaned up after themselves after they left. All I was left with was a new roof!

I even called them back to fix an area of the roof they never touched. This was beyond the scope of the project and he didn't charge me a cent. Just a handshake and a thank you for good business was enough for him.

I tell you, I've found my roofer and I've already referred them to all my friends and family.

You're right, you should know how I came to find them. I was about to give my project to a large roofing company that came with a large quote ($$$) until I posted on Facebook that I'm looking for a roofer. An old friend referred me to them and he had great things to say about their overall performance as he himself referred them to his family/friends. So it was only by referral I gave them my job. And I tell you, no regrets here.

I would definitely refer them to your roofing needs.
