C and N Glass

In Aug. of 2019 we had C & N, (Carlos) was the manager, replace our windows. The following December one of the larger windows started getting condensation inside. The seal, or seals, gave out. We called (Carlos), in December, but he put us off for sometime. Than the covid virus became an issue, so he finally got back to us but could not do anything till things became safer, which was quite understandable. Another window lost its seals and started to get water inside of it. He finally replaced the large window in July 2020, but NEVER REPLACED THE SMALLER WINDOW, in which he said he would. We called him a dozen times, he simply will not answer his phone. Reflecting on everything that has happened the work they actually did was quite poor. Most of the window seals were sloppy and sticking out partially or were not to length. The one window he replaced, the seal is coming undone, AGAIN. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY, OR CARLOS. And the thing that makes its even more sad is that Carlos made it a point to impress upon us that he was A CHRISTIAN. His character showed otherwise. This is my experience with C & N, and Carlos. Maybe others have had a better experience or maybe they were just having a bad year. I don't know, I cannot quantify the reasons. But I do know this! A person's character is represented by their work & actions.
