Terrible. They accessed the whole job all wrong after I told them the previous problems I had. All that needed to be done was to cap off a sprinkler valve. I could have done that for pennies. Instead they tore up my concrete made a mess and eyesore out of driveway see pics. Mel also said he would compensate me with half my money back to date he has kept all of my money. I have dates and times when I contacted him. How about a little integrity Mel do what you say, say what you do you totally ripped me off now who is going re do the concrete that looks like crap in my drive way when you did not have to rip it up!!!!!!!!!!!

I never got any estimate of any kind. I was charged $85 just to look at the pipe which did not need to be moved to fit the stove better according to them. They began work on the evap with no estimate then once the back was removed from my cooler I was informed the little plastic drain plug was missing the nut and I owed them additional $150 for their service. I stated how fraudulent the bill was and especially since they were only supposed to give an estimate. They removed the $85 but I paid the extorted $150 and they won't give me any receipt or labor warranty.

Water was all over my Garage floor, (the Whirlpool water heater has had manufacturing problems in past ). I was so happy with the prompt service, and the advice on the phone. We were adamant about not having any unit made by Whirlpool, they complied.
I have used Brock plumbing in the past for other problems with the plumbing in my home, internal and external. Every time in the past they have gone above and beyond the call. They noticed little things and recommend a fix.  
When the sewer line went out we called a different company we had heard on the radio.  This other company was going to have to dig under the slab after using "high tech equipment".  It was going to cost me almost $1000.00 to repair the problem.  I told them No, I need a second opinion. Brock Plumbing came out and quickly fixed the problem of roots in the line. That cost.. under a hundred dollars.  
DO I TRUST BROCK PLUMBING?  YOU BET!    It is good to find HONORABLE folks.
 Every company has those individuals that are too tired at the end of the day to think of everything. For example,
I was not told to turn off the water to the entire house and drain the water heater so the leak would stop, as the water valve at the heater was unable to close. Luckily, I knew to do that.
