California Chimney arrived on time and immediately went to work. They were professional and explained everything to me in detail. They found several things that had been installed in my fireplace incorrectly and fixed everything. I would reccommend this company to anyone. They are courteous, on time, and experienced. They left my house and the area around my home clean and neat. I'm going to send them to do my mother's chimney, also.

Excellent. Paul was on time, put a blanket down to keep my carpet clean, he also taped off the fire box while he was vaccuming the chimney from the roof. He checked everything, made the necessary recommendations. No hard selling at all. He was professional, friendly and knew what he was talking about. He did NOT leave any mess what so ever. He is coming back next week to clean our air ducts.

THEY DID ARRIVE ON TIME. BEFORE THEY STARTED THE WORK THEY MOVED SOME FURNITURE, AND THEY DID NOT BOTHER TO MOVE IT BACK WHEN THEY HAD FINISHED. I DID NOT LIKE THAT AT ALL, BECAUSE I CAN NOT DO IT MYSELF. THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN RESPONSIBLE AND PUT BACK WHAT THEY MOVED. HE WAS ALSO VERY PUSHY. HE SOUNDED LIKE HE WAS A SALES MAN, LIKE HE WANTED US TO DO SOME OTHER TYPE OF WORK AND THAT MADE US VERY UNCOMFORTABLE.
