I live with my parents and wanted to rent a tv from them and they said that i needed to have a major utility bill in my name i told them that i have the cable bill in my name thats bout it so the manager said that he would work with me so I went ahead and paid for the first month thinking that they are going to deliver the tv the next day so i called the next day to make sure the they were still coming they said that they needed one of my parents to sign on with me so i told them that never mind just please refund my money they said ok it will take about 3 days. 3 days later the money still hasnt been put back on the card I call them back and talk to Kash he tells me that the refund went through there bank on 5/11. So today i call them again and talk to the store manager and he tells me that the only way that they could refund the money is if i bring the card in
