I live in Bear Brand Ranch Laguna Niguel, CA. I have a 5200 sq. ft. English Tudor style home that had a very steep wood shingle roof that was over 25 year old when I replaced it in 2011. I wanted a multicolored slate type tile roof and I talked to several “roofers” before I met Andy Ramos, owner of APR Roofing Company. He was referred to me by a good friend. Andy suggested a light weight cement tile and did a superb job of helping my wife and I select the right percentage of six different colors of tile that I used. I am constantly receiving compliments on how beautiful my roof is. The inspector who provided the final inspection even commented on what an exceptional job my roofer did. All of Andy’s suggestions were spot on. The service he provided from beginning to completion was exceptional and he gave me a fair price. He even arranged for the cost of a structural engineering report required by the city to be paid by the roofing supply company that provided the roofing materials. I couldn't be more pleased with the job that APR and Andy Ramos did for me. I have recommended his services to several friends.
