Home Building
CHOOSING THE HOUSE AND GOING THROUGH THE SALES PART WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE. THE DESIGN CENTER WAS ALSO A GOOD EXPERIENCE. WAITING FOR THE HOUSE TO BE READY WAS A DELAY, WHICH WAS NOT A GOOD TIME. WHAT WAS WORSE IS NOW THAT I AM LIVING IN THE HOUSE, ITEMS THAT WERE SUPPOSED TO BE FIXED, HAVE NOT BEEN FIXED TO THIS DATE. IT HAS BEEN OVER 1.5 YEARS. I HAVE REQUESTED THE ITEMS TO BE FIXED SEVERAL TIMES TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FOR ANY EXCUSE THEY PUT ME OFF.
