Description of Work: Be careful about the Agent you select from Windermere. The excessive competition promotes dishonesty and unnecessary aggressive behavior. Look to independents when looking for an Agent and avoid Windermere if at all possible. Windermere has a history of listing way over market and then making excuses for a market they cannot control. Research your Agent with care.

+ -1 moreDan is one of the best real estate agents I have ever dealt with. He knows the Palm Springs area real estate inside out. I felt that he was honestly looking out for my best interest. When I started the process, I knew nothing about the Palm Springs area, Dan took the time to educate me about the market and neighborhoods. Our first attempt to buy a property started in May 2011, but the sale did not go through because the second lien holder would not release the claim. We found another house in a more preferred neighborhood and closed on the house in about a month. The quick turn around was in large result to Dan's hard work. I have already recommended Dan to a friend, he is a knowledgable, hard working, honest real estate agent.
Description of Work: Acted as my buyer broker for a real estate deal for a house in Ruth Hardy Park of Palm Springs, CA.
