Dan is one of the best real estate agents I have ever dealt with. He knows the Palm Springs area real estate inside out. I felt that he was honestly looking out for my best interest. When I started the process, I knew nothing about the Palm Springs area, Dan took the time to educate me about the market and neighborhoods. Our first attempt to buy a property started in May 2011, but the sale did not go through because the second lien holder would not release the claim. We found another house in a more preferred neighborhood and closed on the house in about a month. The quick turn around was in large result to Dan's hard work. I have already recommended Dan to a friend, he is a knowledgable, hard working, honest real estate agent.
