TREANTAFILOS POOL SERVICE

A tenant called to warn us that the pool at our apartment building was looking murky and recommended Cavin. Since we were in a jam, and out of state on vacation, we decided to give Cavin the job. He persistently tried to get us to sign an expensive service agreement, which we refused to do. We had to call repeatedly to have an invoice sent for us to pay. After a month we finally received the invoice; it included fees for the service performed as well as the service agreement we didn't want. When we called to straighten out the invoice an extremely rude woman answered the phone, who also kept trying to push the service agreement on us. Eventually we received a corrected invoice. We'd only had the corrected invoice a couple of weeks before the same woman called to threaten us with small claims court if we didn't immediately send in the $125! We will NEVER use this company again and are advising others who are looking into hiring someone to service a pool or spa about our ordeal.
