He didn't do his duty to me. He did not disclose to me that the prospective buyer wanted to buy the house with all of my furnishings in it. And he didn't go over the offer with me. I didn't even see the offer until five days later, so that has presented a problem because I was not willing to sell my furniture. So therefore, I did not proceed with the deal. Not only that, it was an all cash offer, and he's now suing me for his commission. Totally unprofessional; he was only concerned about his own wants and needs, his own commission. He didn't care, didn't give a damn about what my wants and needs were.
