Javier and his team @ Sagitarius did a perfect job with the pool repair, replaster, and plumbing. Everyone was very kind, knowledgeable, and really great to work with. I highly recommend Sagitarius to anyone looking for pool services.

I had some serious issues as well as some maintenance needed on our pool. Javier was extremely knowledgable, identified the issues, and resolved them in a timely manner. I even got texts illustrating what the issues were are the affect of the corrections after performed. Communication on this level is important to me, as well as knowing I can count on a service to perform as they promised.

I've just started the service, but everything seems to be going well and as expected. The worker appears on time and on the right day - there is a local tendency here to let the day slip, and then to skip days entirely (which is why this is the third pool service I've had in 5 years). This service is on time and doing well.

We live in North Palm Springs, CA. If anyone knows about this area then you know how windy it is. This makes it tough to maintain a pool. The reason for this review is based on cloudy water issue and pool water balancing. We have gone through four other companies in the past three years before hiring Javier and his team from Sagitarius Service and Repair. The number one reason for hiring Javier and his team was to balance our pool water correctly. In addition, Javier's employee noticed other problems that other services did not, or just didn't take notice. Javier replaced our filter cartridges (DE type) because of cracks in our filter system causing the water to take on a slight but noticeable cloudiness. This must have been happening for some time, but gradually getting worse. The price was reasonable, the work was done timely, correctly, the pool water is now balanced, and the filtration is optimal (which is important, especially in windy areas). If you want a company that cares about your water and equipment I highly recommend Sagitarius Service and Repair. This company cares about quality not quantity and their customer service is excellent. Furthermore, communication is important to me. I can't tell you how many other services do not bother talking to you about your pool (just showing up, vacuuming, sprinkling stuff in pool and leaving). Sagitarius listens to your concerns, suggests, and reacts.

Javiar and his team refinished my pool and his quality of work, knowledge and professionalism is/was outstanding. I currently use his services for pool cleaning, as well. I would use his services of remodeling or new pool construction with confidence and trust. I recommend Javiar and am happy with his costs. After much research and comparison, I find his prices about average, but the work is exemplary.

Javier worked hard and showed me each step to maintain and clean my pool filters and salt cell. He was also able to explain why he performed each step. Pricing was excellent, much less than I expected. Javier was also very flexible with scheduling.

We fired our previous pool service because they were not dealing with the yellow algae. Javier and his crew came over and found that the pool had no chlorine, too much conditioner, and the water was over 4 years old. They also pointed out that our pump was not set correctly. They recommended draining and starting over with fresh water and new chemicals. We liked what they said and hired them. They did everything and the pool was spotless for one week until the ash from the fire covered the pool. Thursday Jorge cleaned it again and now it's crystal clear again. Sagittarius is great!,
