+ -1 moreWhen they finished, I climbed the ladder to look at it. I saw a clean, white, rather shiny rooftop with bubbly-like texture. It looked GREAT! Now I think we're ready to withstand what El Niño may bring. The project took one day more than we thought and it was well worth it.
Description of Work: Cleaned all loose dirt and debris from the roof, which included removing a large dead fan palm branch. Primer coat was applied to the existing roof and to build up low areas in order to divert water, Foam (urethane) was applied to the area. A base coat and a top coat followed. Duct work was kept free. Everything was cleaned up.
