Pristine Carpet and Tile Cleaning

Great! The workers were very courteous, made decisions about how to get the job done in the best way possible and did excellent work.

HE ARRIVED ON TIME, GOT RIGHT DOWN TO BUSINESS, MOVED/REPLACED FURNITURE,PERSONABLE & PROFESSIONAL, EXPLAINED WHAT HE WAS GOING TO DO, AND WHY. SAID MY CARPETS WERE ACTUALLY IN DECENT SHAPE. WAS DONE VERY QUICKLY, THOROUGHLY SATISFIED.

Had a complete different experience than the previous reviewer. The workman arrived on time, did a great job removing stains from sofa and did it in a timely manner without any mess or hassle

This was the worst experience I've ever had with a carpet cleaning company. The person who cleaned the carpets had a motorized scrubber that he ran into our freshly painted walls damaging it. In addition, he jabbed that same motorized scrubber into the carpet apparently so hard that, in the words of the owner caused some "carpet to go flying". Did they fix either of those damages? Nope. Instead, the owner blamed the entire set of problems on us.   In trying to work it out with the owner Bill we found that  he accused us of trying to extort money from him. This we thought was odd, only because we paid him in full in good faith that he'd stand behind his work. Wow, that was a dumb idea.   At first he wouldn't even respond to us after they did the work. Finally we got him on the phone (a week later) and wow, that was when it went downhill fast.   Eventually he threatened us by informing us that he'd inform our tenants of the poor carpet we have. Again, wow, who does this and tries to stay in business? Mind you, his technician told us he wasn't sure why this happened, "The carpet looks new". Oh well, you win some, you lose some. We'll never use this company again. We fixed the carpet and the damage to the wall on our own.   I advise you, if you want to get in a long, drawn out argument, this is the company to go with. If you like simplicity, and you appreciate businesses who stand behind their work, try  another company. We've had luck with Sears in the past, but they can be a bit expensive sometimes.
