"There is no dispute to the member's claims except the severity of "damage" and subsequent attempts to appease the situation. Yes, we made a mistake where our drop cloths pulled away in an opportune area. Yes, we called in a professional carpet cleaner and that was the end of the dispute, or so I thought. I personally went over all telephone logs and saw no attempts to contact us for further remediation of the problem, which we certainly would have done.This same fact pertains to the mention of the previous service. All we ask is communication from our clients and if needed we will do ANYTHING to make sure any problem is rectified. The member was a loyal, long term client whom we've respected for years. She is one reason why our organization has grown so well. Why our business relationship had to end this way with non-communicative action is beyond us.
