He did a really great job; it works great now. We also used him for a previous repair and he did great on that as well. He came out, estimated - he had a very good price for the work, and he got it done on time.

No cold air from register. Unit is 6 years old; hadn't been serviced. Called a.m. Got return call quickly; p.m. serviceman
arrived. Same day service on a hot day. He quickly determined the problem; replaced the capacitors; added R-22, 1 lb.
Discussed plan to service on regular basis; will sign up in Fall. Serviceman was cheerful, respectful and knowledgeable.

The team from Pauls were very reponsive and were out to the house on time and within hours of the first call. The technician was very professional. He was not able to repair the system and was very direct that this was not part of what they repair, however, he knew the right company and the right person. I suspect that the company might be a competitor, but he was focused on helping my repair need. He provided the phone number and said that there would be no charge for the visit. I was very impressed with the professionalizm. I am sorry that I was not able to give them my business that day, but I have added them to my service company list.

The call I made was responded to quickly. They said they would send someone the next morning to give me an estimate and do the work. Someone did show up the next morning. The repairman was very good and efficient. He knew where to go and what to do to resolve the problem. He got the job done quickly. He also offered a really reasonable price for the work he performed.

When we called them they were out to our house within six hours, which wasn t too bad. I did feel like they were a little expensive but they provided better service than another company that we had used in the past.

THE SERVICE IS PROMPT AND PLEASANT, THEY WILL COME AT ANY TIME YOU ARE HAVING A PROBLEM, THEY WILL CHANGE FILTERS FOR YOU BEFORE THE HEAT OF THE SUMMER MONTHS.
