He came out and changed the modem and other parts inside and left with an inoperable computer. He came three times at different times. I ended up buying a laptop.

COMPUTER WAS DIAGNOSED WITH A VIRUS. A NEW HARD WAS NEEDED WINDOWS FRESH INSTALL.INSTALLED NEW ANTI -VIRUS SOFTWARE AND UPDATED WINDOWS. NEW FIREWALL WAS ASLO INSTALLED.
