 + -1 moreHe came out and changed the modem and other parts inside and left with an inoperable computer. He came three times at different times. I ended up buying a laptop.
Description of Work: He came out to clean up the mistakes of the earlier computer repairman I used had made.

 + -1 moreCOMPUTER WAS DIAGNOSED WITH A VIRUS. A NEW HARD WAS NEEDED WINDOWS FRESH INSTALL.INSTALLED NEW ANTI -VIRUS SOFTWARE AND UPDATED WINDOWS. NEW FIREWALL WAS ASLO INSTALLED.
Description of Work: OUR COMPUTER WAS DETECTED TO HAVE A VIRUS. WE CONTACTED OMEGA AND THEY CAME OUT AND REMOVED THE VIRUS.
