+ -1 moreGreat! The owner is THERE, available. The Financial dept was on point and the Maintenance Manager was ON property with me!!! Every aspect was covered... NO doubt! Great!
Description of Work: Was there to answer every question, respond to every request and carried their OWN vendors which of course were bonded AND insured.
