THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. THE STAFF WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND INFORMATIVE. THE WAIT WAS MINIMAL. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY TO MY FRIENDS.

I TOOK THE TELEVISION TO THE REPAIR SHOP AND LEFT IT FOR THEM TO TRY TO FIGURE OUT THE PROBLEM. THE NEXT DAY THEY CALLED ME AND EXPLAINED WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS AND I GAVE THEM PERMISSION TO FIX THE TELEVISION.

WHEN I GOT TO THE SHOP THEY WERE EXTREMELY BUSY AND I HAD TO WAIT TO GET SERVICE. THE TELEVISION WAS FIXED WITHIN TWO DAYS WHEN I WENT TO PICK UP THE TELEVISION.

ELECTRONIC REPAIR CAME OUT TO MY HOME AND PICKED UP THE COMPUTER. THEY HAD THE COMPUTER FOR A LITTLE OVER A WEEK AND THEN DELIVERED IT BACK TO MY HOME. THEY WERE VERY FAIR AND CORRECTED THE PROBLEM THAT I THOUGHT WAS NOT REPAIRABLE.

WHEN I CALLED ELECTRONIC REPAIR THEY CAME TO MY HOME AND PICKED UP THE TELEVISION AND THE DVD/VCR. IN A MATTER OF A WEEK THEY HAD CORRECTED THE PROBLEM AND DELIVERED BOTH ITEMS BACK TO MY HOME.
