Moms with Mops

Christine cleans every two weeks and has for nearly two years.  She is vey conscientious and does every thing I ask her to do.

Love Heidi and Mom's with Mops!  She and her crew are prompt, efficient, and always do a great job.  She is not cheap; but worth every penny!  Definitely recommend her.

They did a very good job.

The cleaners cleaned my small condo from top to bottom. I didn't ask them to change beds or do any laundry but both Heidi and Christina clean two bathrooms. Including a glass shower, mop stone floors, dust and vacuum.

I have used Moms With Mops twice now and plan to retain Heidi once a week. She does a thorough job.

Only does the minimum amount of work, and wants to charge premium prices.  Very, very difficult to schedule future appointments--i.e. two weeks hence, and this  Involves numerous phone calls. This is probably because "heidi", the owner, is trying to establish a company of housecleaners, and seems to be having difficulty managing various schedules.  Heidi--the owner-- told me "Lisa" would be my new cleaner.  We finally scheduled Lisa for two weeks hence--12/6/13.   "Heidi" called me on Monday..  Though we had previously arranged prices--$100 for the first time, and $85 thereafter--she demanded more money.  Heidi informed me that my house was 4 1/2 hours of cleaning.  My house is only 1200 sq. ft.  I told Heidi I would look for someone else.  I can understand giving someone a raise after a period of time, but not after only 2 sessions.  In addition, I did not feel Heidi's work had been worth $100 each session; and I told her so.  I also mentioned she had never been in my house for 4 1/2 hours.  Can you imagine 4 1/2 hours to clean a 1200 sq ft house? And for $100.00?

They are great, do a great job and are very thorough.

This company returned my initial phone call immediately even though the owner was on vacation.  I had the appointment for my 93 year old Aunt booked before the owner even returned. Easy to deal with, very responsive, met my needs in cleaning a house that had not been cleaned in at least 8 months. My Aunt loved the employees and the job they did which says a lot because she has fired every other housekeeper. My Aunt has asked me to book Moms with Mops on a regular basis which also says a lot. I could hear the smile in Aunt Mary's voice when she called to tell me what a great job Moms with Mops did and that she wanted them back.  Thank you Heidi and crew!!!!

They were on time, courteous, and did an amazing cleaning! Hand wash floors, walls, everything was polished to perfection! Will use them on a regular basis.

They were exceptional.  I continue to use them.  I got them to do some initial work and I continue to use them now almost on a weekly basis.  I spend around $100 a month.  They are reliable, they are available and they are responsive.  I don't live in Palm Springs, so she watches the property there.  If I sent her an email with a question, she comes back to me within half an hour.  I have no complaints at all.

While the price range was at the top of quotes I received, it was worth every penny.  (I gave an "A" rating in price because while a little higer than some competitors, they were worth what they charged.)  We were willing to pay a little more to guaranty we'd get what we wanted without any difficulty with the service provider; John and Heidi did not disappoint.  There was no difficulty with them. I highly, highly recommend this couple, a true mom and pop operation.  John is the handyman/painter and Heidi has a crew of cleaning people.  They are both meticulous in their work. John removed or carefully taped every piece of hardward before painting.  Every line was perfectly straight; there was not one spec of spilled or dropeed paint or even streaks anywhere.  He showed up exactly as promised every day and got the job done on time.  Everyone who's been in the house has complimented the paint job.  He's equally professional and competent in all the handyman tasks we hired him for.  His wife and her team of cleaning people demonstrated the same attention to detail in cleaning the house and packing our old house.  They showed up exactly when promised, worked quickly and proficiently getting the job done on time as promised, leaving behind an immaculately clean house.
