Lee Gahimer

They did a very nice job although in some of the areas in my kitchen the paint is peeling. They were very prompt and very clean. They were very professional. He came and showed me his recommendations and they were very good. It's just, the kitchen is a hard area to paint and they didn't block a lot of the wholes, but they did OK. I would use them again. They were not as good as I thought they would be, but they were definitely above average.

Before moving from anthother city, because of a forclosure, we deconstructed our closet-world closet and brought it with us to our new residence in Palm Springs. It was made from hundreds of pieces of painted  partical board.  I thought it would be easy for any carpenter to reconstruct it, but I was wrong, very wrong. In or new residence, an old 1940s home we storred all wood (partical board), screws and fixings for over 3 years.  Our master coset stayed unfinished and empty for over two years, and it was effecting our marriage.  The wife kept her clothes in containers all over the house as she patiently waited for a solution.  I eventually gutted the closet to make it easier for a carpenter to get started when we could afford one.  The closet materials would have to be be retrofitted into a smaller area closet. Luckly we found Lee Gahimer who has a lifetime of experience as a carpenter and handiman. Lee is over fifty years of age, drives a Harley, has some cool tatoos, and knows just about everything about working on a house. He knows how they are built and how to fix them.  He has his own truck, his own tools, and his own way of doing a job right.  Although it would have been a loot easier to actually buy new wood and have him create a new closet system for us, I insisted that he use the Closet-world materials.  The  materials were substandard to what Lee was used to, but he happily made a silk purse out of a sow's ear.  Take a look at the pictures! We are not rich, but Lee made it possible to hire him.  If you're lucky you may find a carpenter just like him, but I doubt it.
