Woke up to find the AC blower motor was not running. Called Mark in the morning, offered me a same day appointment. Provided me with the up-front cost of a service call. Beyond punctual, showed up 1/2 hour early and called in advance to see if that was OK. Service man Ken quickly reported what the problem was and took the blower motor to his shop. (Had to remove it from the housing). Was back here in an hour or so and our air is running again! (Living in Palm Springs AC is essential) Very professional and pleasant to work with.

THEY WERE GOOD. THEY HAVE DONE WORK FOR ME THROUGHOUT THE YEARS AND I ALWAYS CALL BECAUSE THEY DO GOOD WORK. THEY SHOW UP ON TIME, THEIR PROFESSIONALISM IS GOOD.
