Called Jenny based on feedback from Angie's list. Jenny was very punctual and professional when I contacted her. During our initial meeting I addressed with her my needs and concerns. Jenny reassured me that she could meet my needs and her staff would overtime rotate the cleaning (walls, ceiling fans, windows, etc.) to ensure my home would be clean. After 3 months of working with Jenny's staff, I decided to discontinue her service. The primary factor for discontinuing services was the lack of full-filling my requests. I feel 3 months was sufficient time to clean all the things we had discussed like my oven, walls, appliances (these were never cleaned).
My recommendations would be to have Jenny present at job sites as well as have a checklist to ensure that items are addressed over time.

They are professional, prompt, and efficient. You do have to give them very specific direction but they are very good. You have to tell them what you want. They are customizable. They will do any request you have. I would recommend their services to anyone.
