He is phenomenal. He is the nicest person to deal with. He is very, very skilled in his craft. It is a very difficult craft and very hard to find someone. He picked up and delivered from my home. He is a perfect gentleman and I never say that about any one. He is a real good guy. He is easy to deal with. His prices are reasonable. It is not cheap craft so I can’t say it is cheap and some one good is not going to be cheap. I like everything about him. I had number of things done in two batches. He is respectful of religious art. He was great.
Description of Work: I used Jeffrey A Fowler for restoration of art work like statues. My father put glue in a very expensive statue and it took like weeks to get it off but it looks brand new.
