HE IS A NICE GUY, HE SPEAKS ENGLISH, HE IS ON TIME. HIS BILLS ARE ACCURATE. I HAVE RECOMMENDED HIM TO SEVERAL OF MY NEIGHBORS. HE ALWAYS CHIT-CHATS AND TALKS, AND WE HAVE GOOD CONVERSATIONS.
