Well, many text, emails and calls to get a quote, schedule an install date, for follow-up service, invoice questions, etc., etc. ... it has been like pushing a massive boulder up a steep hill - by myself.

"The original bid was charged exactly as quoted. The additional work was just that, additional to the bid and was charged at a lower rate than the original work. Surprises like this only occur when a home owner who is unfarmiliar with construction acts as the contractor himself.Note to anyone doing a renovation: if you don't want the bid price to increase, don't add extra items."

Initially realized during a usually AC maintenance check that the ac unit electrical box was smoking. We had an electrician come out to first inspect it to give us a price. The techs took pictures and video of everything and someone got back to me later about what exactly needed to be done and the approximate cost. Ended up having to install a new wire from the electrical panel to the ac unit because it was corroded inside. Very knowledgeable guys, friendly and extremely efficient. I would highly recommend them!

This electrician is very professional and honest. His prices are fair and better than the big electric companies. We have used him throughout our condominium complex and now the homeowners are using him for their personal needs. This guy is A+. Highly recommend him.

The owner makes all sorts of promises but never keeps them. One of the worst experience I've ever had with an electrician. Not only did they not do the agreed upon work, the work that was completed had to be reworked (after I fired Electric Man) because it was so bad. DO NOT EVER use this company unless you want nothing but headaches.

"The question remains: Is it possible to actually weed out reviews from people with emotional issues or those reviews left with hidden motives? In the end it becomes clear with the abundance of facts to the contrary what the truth is. It quickly becomes clear how ridiculously biased this review is in relation to the facts of our overall rating. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. Reviews whose basis is fictitious statements don't even deserve recognition. Our 15 years of excellent service and A rating are what matter at the end of the day. Some people live to create problems. We live to provide excellent service with a company you can rely on. You be the judge."

They came out and did an OK job one time, but then they were supposed to come out again and we had some communication problems and they guy didn't call me back. They did what they were supposed to do. It was fine. They showed up on time. It wasn't that difficult what they were doing and they did it. At that time I wasn't living in Palm Springs permanently, I was only here on weekends and they were going to come on a Saturday, but then it didn't work out for some reason. And then he got frustrated. I had a discussion with the owner and they said they don't work on weekends usually. I said that is fine, I'll just make another appointment and I think he got frustrated with me, but I don't think I deserved it. So I used somebody else. The guy who came and did the work was professional.

We have used Electric Man on a couple of occassions and will use them again as needed. When we bought our house some things needed to be done to bring it up to code. We got the referal from our Real Estate agent and had them come over and give us a bid. I handed them a list of and quot;infractionsand quot; that the inspection revealed and the quote was very reasonable. They arranged a starting work date, showed up on time and their work was very professional. Our son lives in the house and had to call them for a garage door that wouldn't open about a month ago. The electrician came over quickly, found the problem and fixed it in a few minutes. I feel they are very reliable and ethical in their profession. They will get our futrue electrical repair needs. Highly recommended.

Great Company; The owner is responsive, professional and was quickly able to complete my requested to have a Sub-Panel moved from the inside to the outside. They were on time, called me back when I had questions and were just really great to work with. I will use them in the future and would recommend them to my friends.

They arrived on time. After a brief disscussion on what had to be done, the work began. They were fast and neat. They were concerned to not cut any more wall board then was necessary. As it turns out, there were 4 extra studs so the wiring had to go thru all of them, messy than planned, but it went well. Getting the HDMI and Ethernet thru the attic was amazingly quick.

2.75 hours later they hung the TV on the wall mount, cleaned up the area, and left.

They were fast and professional, very neat, and did a GREAT job. Would highly recommend them.

This is the second time I've used Electric Man for electrical work at my house. Both times the owner and his workers have been prompt, professional, and provided quality work at a reasonable price. For the most recent electrical work, four electricians worked in tandem with an A/C installation company to install a 220V electrical box as well as several other electrical projects. The workmen arrived on time and actually finished a couple of hours sooner than they had originally projected. New conduit had to be installed under the front eave of the house and I was concerned that the work would be unsightly. The job ended up being done so cleanly that I don't even feel the need to paint the new conduit. The interior work (a new track lighting fixture) was also done very professionally and looks great. The electricians were professional and friendly and the whole experience was about as pleasant as this kind of thing can be!

It has gone very well. He had to take over for another electrician that we let go. He does work on many types of applications. He is prompt and quick. He is more expensive per hour, but is less expensive overall because he takes less time and does good work. He is also licensed.
